This section goes for Mr. Percy Pereira(Mumbai,India).When I met him 3 years ago in PCS Technology Ltd. formerly PCS Industries Ltd.I got really surprised to see the energy and enthusiasm in this man.He was having around 50 years experience out of that 25-30 years in I think Tatas(I donot remember).So his age was 70 and he was traveling all over the world.
He was there in our plant in Goa,India to give us the training on ISO standards, but eventually gave us the training of techniques which can be used over a lifetime.He truly inspired us to go for the ISO standard which we did and got the rank for the best implementation of ISO. We were there only for 3 days with him, but during those 3 days, we got training on Management techniques,Standards, Ethics, and info on overall Industry history.

He showed us the technique of visualization which I will share with you in the next topics.At 70 he was getting ready to learn bicycle and had joined the classes for Guitar.
