Konkan is the place in west Maharashtra.The region where the Arabian sea is on one side and on the other the huge mountains of Sahyadris giving greener pasture to it.

There are many famous beaches in Konkan like Ganapatipule, Vengurla, Tarkarli, Harihareshwar, Murud.

The famous eatables of Konkan are Alphonso Mango, and Cashew Nuts.
