In last week we were trying to integrate Alcatel 4400 with Cisco Call Manager 4.1. The two IPPBX were in the same premises and were connected through the Ethernet connectivity.In general scenario the two exchanges can be connected with E1 or T1 line but the customer wanted to get the calls routed through Ethernet only.

We tried to get the help from Cisco guys but they gave us the documents of configuring the exchanges through E1 line only.Then we got the answer that the Cisco will not able to support this kind of scenario as the proper documentation regarding this scenario is not available.

Benaulim Beach in Goa
